@fribbledom My pet peeve. I'm a programmer; I don't (usually) need comments to tell me what the code *does*. I want to know why it's there, what it accomplishes in the grand scheme of things.
i access this gaming web through my gaming router that sits on my gaming desk next to my gaming monitor that receives input from my gaming fingers hitting my gaming keyboard and moving my gaming mouse as i sit in my gaming chair settled into my gaming carpet that is supported by my gaming joists that hold aloft the second gaming story of my gaming house
Server keeps dying on me 😩
If it wasn't bad enough already that the install docs for Mastodon are terrible and omit many necessary steps.
It now turns out it's using a shitload of resources and probably needs a more RAM.
But I suppose that's what you get for something with so many moving parts, inefficiency.

- Edward Snowden from his book "Permanent Record"
